The Sugarman Academy is a 9 month programme with 1-6 months of intensive development and a final 3 months spent in placement. Training is in line with the Sugarman Australia Development pathway. The programme delivery is outlined below:

Sales Process

Introduction to the sales process (temp and perm), candidate resourcing, interview techniques


Introduction Day/session with compliance


Shadowing/desk coaching, social media

Time Management

Time management: Day plan, managing desk and time correctly

Objection Handling

Monthly Reviews


RCSA Recruitment Consulting e-learning and certificate.


Placement in division for 3 months, 121 coaching by sector Divisional Manager or relevant nominated person.

Sector Understanding

Understanding of the sector, sector language, types of roles etc.

Formal Training Courses

Attend internal formal training courses in line with standard Sugarman Australia development pathway.
