PROVISIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST

THE ROLE

· Location: Dubbo, NSW

– Full Time, Permanent position

· Salary: $85,000 + Superannuation depending on experience

· Bonus on top of base salary

We are seeking a provisional Psychologist to work in a great team of people and with a supportive manager committed to making a difference by helping people to be safe, healthy and productive at work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Developing and implementing plans that addresses barriers to return to work and assists the injured worker with a safe and durable return to work with either the pre-injury employer or a new employer

· Providing a high level of customer service to build and maintain relationships with which achieve positive outcomes and maximize business opportunities

· Working in a collaborative and often multi-disciplinary environment to achieve great health outcomes for both compensable and non-compensable illness and injuries

· Delivering Employee Assistance Program Services

· Onsite mental health training and Health Coaching for our customers

· Prevention services

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Previous experience in workplace rehabilitation is not required although desirable. Candidates with no experience or new graduates are encouraged to apply. You will have a background from the below disciplines,

You will need to be:

· an AHRPA registered Psychologist/Provisional Psychologist

You thrive on having an excellent ability to provide great customer service, negotiate and work with a high performing team.
